The breakfast offered fresh omelettes and an AMAZING range of choices!!! It really set me up for the day. The pool was scenic and at the perfect temperature. My family loved it.

The bar was very nice. The staff was friendly. my room was very comfy. i had breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking lake geneva. a staff member gave me a free shuttle ride to geneva airport.
the wifi was a bit flaky at times

the reception team was very friendly and cooperative. they took our comments seriously and made positive changes immediately, which greatly satisfied my family. the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and quietness. the attention to detail in the provided service is quite noticeable.
i found the lack of variety in the breakfast options disappointing. the pre-cooked eggs were rubbery , and there was no bacon available. i ended up eating choco pops. better breakfast variety would improve the experience.

The staff at reception was helpful. They were quite kind.
the room was smaller than i expected, considering it was supposedly an upgrade. when i mentioned the smell of paint from ongoing redecorating, the receptionist just said it was obvious because of the works. there was no offer to change rooms and no apology for the smell.
